Kindergarten Registration

Crested Butte Community School Kindergarten Registration: CBCS kindergarten registration packets can be picked up at the school in the entryway on Monday, March 30th - Friday, April 3rd. Please complete the packet and return to CBCS "In Box" found in the entryway by the office with immunization records and Birth certificate. Forms should be turned in by Friday, April 3rd. If you are unable to complete the registration by April 3rd, please contact Sandra Mabry, Elementary School Office Manager at smabry@gunnisonschools.net or 970-641-7720 and leave a message. Forms can be printed from the below links, please filled out and returned to CBCS "In Box". Packets should include a copy of their immunization records and birth certificate. Entering kindergarten students will need to be 5 years old by September 30th, 2020. Next year the cut off date officially changes to August 1st. We will not restrict families from enrolling who meet the Sept 30 cut off date, but will strongly encourage that families consider the August 1st date as our recommended cut off date.
